The 5-day Northern Circuit Explorer offers the ideal balance of wildlife viewing, relaxed travel pacing, and scenic diversity. Spend a full day in Tarangire, two full days exploring the Seronera Valley and Moru Kopjes in the Serengeti, and conclude with a dramatic morning descent into Ngorongoro Crater.
Tour Schedule
Full day game drive along the Tarangire River. Overnight at lodge near Karatu or Tarangire.
Drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area onto the Serengeti plains for an afternoon game drive.
Full day following big cat movements along the river valleys and kopjes. Bush picnic lunch included.
Morning game drive, then travel to the rim of the crater with spectacular sunset views.
600m caldera descent for intensive Big 5 viewing. Afternoon transfer back to Moshi or Arusha.
